I got in touch with the Immerion customer service team through live chat, and I had a bit of a mixed experience. I was first put in touch with a chatbot where I could choose prewritten options or type a direct question. I asked it for a full list of accepted cryptocurrencies, and the bot delivered a lengthy response that was a little light on specifics. I requested to be put in touch quickly with a human agent. Yuudji provided me with the full list straight away. A second conversation with customer service was less successful.
