Casino games developer, Yggdrasil Gaming, has launched a new promotional tool, BRAG, which will be added to its set of BOOST promotional tools and will allow players to share their big wins with other players.
The aim of the tool is to increase the company’s exposure on social media and to improve player engagement and retention. Players are able to replay their big winning spins and share the play via Facebook and Twitter.
“There is nothing wrong with a bit of bragging and with Yggdrasil’s new BRAG tool, we are giving players the opportunity to share their success with the world,” announced Fredrik Elmqvist, chief executive of Yggdrasil.
The initial launch of the feature provides players with the ability to replay their wins and share these with friends and fans. Future updates have been promised that will allow players to share any win or spin from the past ten rounds of play. The company has performed early testing of the feature and found it to be particularly popular among players with better player engagement and an improved gaming experience as a result.
“Once again, Yggdrasil has launched an industry-first innovation which has the potential to drive revenues for operators and create a more engaging experience for users. There will be plenty more to come from BRAG with new features to be rolled out in the coming months,” said Elmqvist.
The BRAG feature has been launched at the same time as the launch of an impressive €25,000 network tournament which is running on their popular slots game, Golden Fish Tank. This promotion, running from August 12 to 21, will be the first to offer the new BRAG feature alongside the BOOST promotional tools, such as their in-game leaderboard and in-game raffle.
