Reflex Gaming has confirmed the appointment of Mike Salt and Steve Kick to their creative team in a move that is designed to strengthen the creative side of the casino gaming company as they continue to develop innovative products for the market.
Mike Salt will take up the position of Senior Game Producer (analogue), while Steve Kick has been appointed Senior Game Producer responsible for the company’s expanding portfolio of digital gaming content.
Salt has moved to Reflex from the Bell Fruit Group where he worked for 16 years and was responsible for many innovative designs that have featured in their most popular games. Kick has experience in the gaming industry from a number of positions, most notably Inspired Gaming Group where he was involved in SWP, Digital Cat C, B3 and B2 gaming products. He also designed games for export around the world to markets that included Italy, Norway and Colombia, as well as designing games for online markets.
“Companies such as Reflex are judged across a number of criteria, but the most critical measurements relate to the creativity, consistency and performance of our gaming products,” stated Quentin Scott, managing director at Reflex. “I am therefore delighted to announce the twin appointments of Steve and Mike who add considerable experience and pedigree to the creative side of the business.”
“The appointments are a clear sign of our commitment to both sectors of the Reflex business as we prepare for the challenges and opportunities in a post triennial gaming market.”
The company has reported that their product portfolio has been performing well in 2017 with their products in demand since the beginning of the year. The agreement they signed with William Hill at ICE earlier in the year has had a positive outcome for the company.
