Dublin-based developer of social casino games for mobile platforms, social, consoles and smart TVs, KamaGames Group, has been awarded certification from iTech Labs that their Random Number Generator (RNG) is fair.
The certification was awarded after months of testing by iTech Labs and the testing laboratory announced that the proprietary RNG that is part of all their casino games has passed Marsaglia’s “diehard” tests for statistical randomness. This certification puts KamaGames in line with leading operators around the world and with the standards of the UK Gambling Commission.
“We have always strived to give our players a fun and fair gaming experience and are proud of all our titles and of our proprietary technology,” said a spokesperson for KamaGames. “This formal certification really shows that all of the games our players are enjoying every day are setting the industry standards for fairness.”
As part of the testing process for certification, iTech Labs tested card shuffling without a joker for one, two, four, six and eight decks and tested scaling for roulette tables. Conducted at scale to ensure statistical correctness, iTech Labs concludes that card and number sequences within KamaGames’ portfolio are “unpredictable, non-repeatable and uniformly distributed.”
Established in 2010, KamaGames is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, but has offices in London and Dubai as well. Their portfolio is available in 29 different languages, allowing them to extend their reach around the world, which they have done with more than one million active daily users. Pokerist Texas Poker is their flagship game. This certification by iTech Games ensure that this game and others are on the same level of fairness and standards as those delivered by leading casino software providers and helps to put them ahead of the game in the social casino industry.
