Malta-based online and mobile casino content supplier, Yggdrasil, has signed a content agreement with Malta-based operator Interwetten for its full suite of video slots and its promotional tools.
Yggdrasil, owned by Swedish gaming company Cherry AB, has signed a number of partnership agreements this year, contributing to its significant growth. During the first quarter of the year, the company’s revenue increases 519 percent to SEK14.2 million compared to the same period last year. This could be attributed partly to a major content deal it signed with Bet365, as well as with six gambling operators that launched their content in the UK.
Through this latest deal, customers from major jurisdictions in Europe will gain access to Yggdrasil’s full suite of video slots game, as well as to their promotions tools including BOOST and the Infinite API.
“It is fantastic to be able to announce that we have reached a deal with Interwetten, one of Europe’s most respected and experienced online operators,” said chief executive of Yggdrasil, Fredrik Elmqvist. “Interwetten is the latest big name signing we have made at Yggdrasil, and will now be able to enjoy our award-winning slots content and pioneering promotional tools.”
“We remain committed to delivering the best quality slots offer to each and every one of our partners.”
Yggdrasil has become a leader in video slots content with new games released on a regular basis.
“We are always looking to improve our casino proposition and the addition of Yggdrasil content is particularly exciting news for our customers,” commented chief executive of Interwetten, Werner Becher.
“Yggdrasil slots have a reputation as being among the most innovative and engaging in the sector and it is a pleasure to agree on a deal with a company which shares our values in creating the very best experience for customers.”
