Irish bookmaker, Paddy Power, has partnered with the Ireland Premier Division Shamrock Rovers FC to become the official betting partner of the successful Irish football club which is based in South Dublin.
Under the terms of the agreement, the Paddy Power logo will be displayed on the sleeves of the Rover’s first-team shirts, as well as on the pitchside boards of their homeground, the 6,000-person capacity Tallaght Stadium. In addition, Paddy Power marketing will support community and social initiatives as the club promotes grassroots football across Dublin.
“We are delighted to have signed a partnership with Shamrock Rovers,” announced Paddy Power, the director of communications for Paddy Power. “The Hoops are one of Ireland’s most famous sporting teams and we very much look forward to working with the club to offer its incredible fans unique content and experiences.”
The exact terms of the agreement have not been disclosed, including the financial terms and the length of the contract.
Paddy Power has become another big name in sponsors for the South Dublin-based club, joining New Balance, Hyundai and Maldron Hotel, among others.

The club has won the League of Ireland title 17 times and the Football Association of Ireland Cup 24 times, making them one of the most successful clubs in the Republic of Ireland.
